SEC-07 / Terms of use

Terms of use

These terms govern the website at gelopard.com, operated by Hedvig Holding AB. Using the site means accepting them.

SEC-07.1 / Scope

They cover this website and nothing else.

Apps and games published under the Gelopard name carry their own terms, presented where that app is distributed or installed. The projects listed under Works are hosted on other domains and are governed by whatever terms they publish there. Reading this page does not put you under those terms, and accepting those does not put you under this one.

SEC-07.2 / Content and marks

The text, layout, mark and wordmark on this site belong to Hedvig Holding AB.

You may read the site, link to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, nor use the Gelopard name or mark in a way that suggests an association, endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

SEC-07.3 / Acceptable use

Do not:

  • attempt to disrupt the site or probe it for weaknesses
  • automate the contact form or work around its rate limits
  • use the form to send anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to send

Rate limits apply to the contact form and are not negotiable. Submissions that trip them are refused.

SEC-07.4 / No warranty

The site is provided as it is. Nothing here promises that it will stay available, stay accurate, or stay the same. Pages change without notice.

Links to other sites are not endorsements of them, and what happens on those sites is not covered by these terms.

SEC-07.5 / Liability

So far as Swedish law allows, Hedvig Holding AB is not liable for loss arising from use of this site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for a consumer's rights under mandatory law.

SEC-07.6 / Governing law

Swedish law applies, and disputes are heard by the Swedish courts.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU or EEA country, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there.

SEC-07.7 / Changes
